I have a mental disorder where I will confuse my dreams with real memories.

Sometimes I have to remind myself "Ohh yeah that was just a dream."

My dreams are ultra realistic. I'll wake up in the morning and be like "aww fuck I beat up my sister last night" and then I have to remind myself "oh yeah I don't have a sister."

I think it's from abusing drugs.
