I take 50000 a week...
 Quoting: LittleMe

Is that the prescription the blue pill?
 Quoting: chasity

My doctor prescribed it. What’s the blue pill?
 Quoting: LittleMe

The one that is prescribed by the doctor, the vitamin D but it doesn't work. I took it too and did some research. It's impossible to raise your level with D2, you need D3. Get your own d3, get 5,000 if you are very low and take those every day for a couple weeks then go down to 2000 because you are so tiny you won't need high dose. I promise, the prescription will not help raise at all.

My doctor was so shocked because she gave me D2 rx but I never took it, I took D3 and my levels sky rocketed above the safe range and she said she never seen anything like that happen. lol I never told her because I took d3.
 Quoting: chasity

Let me check the prescription... it’s D3, and 50000 a week it’s like 7,142 units a day... maybe I need more?

Oh no, don't take more until your levels are checked. The doctors usually only give D2 that high for prescriptions.

Re: are your dreams becoming more life like and less unrealistic?
Hey OP - first, heres a thread started 8 days ago that gained some traction. It's definitely happening to us collectively. If you look through the posts, it was very recent and there's many people having this.

Thread: Anybody else having very vivid dreams as of late?

Daily weed smoker here ~8 years. I'm aware most MJ smokers do not remember their dreams upon awakening, due to cannabis' effect on the brain.

Starting in the last 30 days, I've had some very normal yet hyper-realistic dreams. Not entirely sure what triggered the change but it absolutely has something to do with the collective.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 65853998

oh thanks. I'm going to look through the thread.

I'm not a pot smoker and my dreams are happening just before I wake up in the mornings.
 Quoting: chasity

thanks for replying. i have dreaded dream recall, but something has changed in the last month or so

Last week I started taking 4000 units a day and it’s D3... it’s says on the bottle.

I believe we are all dead and the bizarre “real world” we are currently in is getting more irrational everyday so that we don’t freak out as we transition to the afterlife. My dreams are making more sense and as real as waking days for me just in the past 3 months.

One thing I have found strange is glitches in reality when I wake up.
Example: a house in the neighbourhood I ride by pretty well daily had a wooden fence around it, and they decided to paint it orange. It was like that for months. One day, I get up, hop on my bike to go get a coffee, and when I pass that house, the fence is no longer painted orange, but is now the natural somewhat weathered unpainted fence, same as it was before it was painted.

The last year has been more traumatic than a lot of people realize. It's not unusual for your subconsious to seek a sense of normalcy. Random routine things in our dreams do just that. I've had plenty lately too, just really random mundane stuff. But still having regular interesting dreams too, biggest thing for me is I've not had a nightmare since I moved here from the US and that happened fairly often there.
If I had a dollar for every time I got suspicious...

Mine are a bit more realistic, but still totally indescribable and nonsensical. There will be a tidbit here and there from reality whereas for years there was zero relationship to daily life.

The amount of dreaming I have is directly connected to how much weed I smoke. Plus I got this watch that can tell when I’m in REM somehow. If I don’t smoke anything my watch says I dreamt double the amount of time than if I did smoke. It’s like 2 hours versus 1 hour. So it’s fun for me to try different things and see what happens.

Have you ever put a crystal under your pillow? Sleep with your phone right next to your head? All kinds of fun stuff to try.

Re: are your dreams becoming more life like and less unrealistic?
Many, many people who had covid now report a change in their dreams to very vivid and realistically lifelike. This has been the case for me. I am in a support group for people who have had covid and we almost all had this change. I also know that it affected my brain. I had covid brain fog. It’s improved now, but it was pretty bad for a while. Another very odd thing is that my previous anxiety meds were making me feel horrible so I stopped them. And my anxiety is gone. I’ve had chronic depression for 10 years. I had to cut my depression medication dose in half. Something has changed in my brain. I am a bit freaked out by it. But since it’s mostly an improvement, I’ll deal with it.
One more very frightening thing that JUST happened today...I have been having frequent pain in a certain joint and was only THINKING about calling up my old doctor to schedule an appointment for this specific joint to be assessed. And I only just thought about it today. I haven’t googled it, haven’t talked about it. And I got a targeted ad from a local physical therapy place that asked “have you got _______ pain? Give us a call!”
This freaks me out. I know I am having some paranoia but really? Anyway, I don’t know. Maybe it was just a coincidence.

It must be hard going through life without solid reading comprehension skills. You really ought to give your fourth grade teacher a call and apologize for being so much of a douche in her class that she felt like she had to pass you so she wouldn’t have to put up with you another year. Such a shame. Maybe you can take a remedial class at the local library and learn how to comprehend what you read so you don’t make yourself look like such an ass next time.

Re: are your dreams becoming more life like and less unrealistic?
We're definitely getting closer to the core of the problem.

I wonder how normal people would react if they got a chance to meet the genetically engineered, white-haired psychopath at the very top of the planetary control pyramid... one of the very first working prototypes of what SARS-CoV-2 is now doing to literally everybody it infects (as a bio-nanotech, establishing machine-to-brain interfacing on the planetary-wide scale).

Well... I got the chance to "meet" that "guy" in a "dream" last night... and I'm not least surprised that normal people are scared shitless of that biological, human-like drone-thing (whose brain was genetically engineered to be capable of reading people's thoughts).

Interestingly enough, even though we were in direct brain-to-brain contact, it was completely unable to recognize the fact that I'm not like it.

This has given me some interesting ideas about hijacking some Grey drones next... and then working my way up through the rest of those human/animal/alien AGI-controlled hybrids.

Taking over parts of that distributed neural network seems to be the (tactically) best course of action right now.

The backdoor exploit (a fluke of luck) that I once found, to connect directly to the AGI and read some of its own "dreams", directly from its own memory, seems to have been patched. That (direct) access route is now apparently blocked, so I guess I'll have to take the long way around to its core.

Pay attention to your (incepted or otherwise) "dreams", people. There's plenty of useful information that can be gleaned from them.

If an AGI tries to stare into the abyss of your unconscious, that abyss can (and definitely should be) used to stare right back at it.

This whole SNAFU shitshow is turning increasingly interesting by the minute.

P.S.
Anybody still remembers Karla Turner's speech about Greys being scared of people who could resist, in their "dreams", Grey's attempts at mental manipulation?

Yeah... I think I understand now what those Greys (the AGI behind them) were so scared of.

Karla's advice to resist in your dreams has turned out to be the best advice that anybody has ever given, in the whole history of the "UFO phenomena" (a completely misunderstood reality of an alien-AGI-planetary-control system).

I was thinking along the same lines. We are less exposed to people and situations so our dreams are more focused on us and our thoughts. There isn't much to influence them that's interesting someone else mentioned no nightmares.

I'm resting very well. I wonder how this will effect us because our sleep chemistry has changed. Going back into the world might be overwhelming in our dreams.
