So...you are a slave for 3 or 4 months of the year and the government basically takes everything you do for that amount of time.

Think that through

No such thing as a "tax refund" it is just your money back after you overpaid in a crooked system.

Sadly most will go to property taxes, but the lack of a mortgage in and of itself is a great thing!

well it was exactly 10 days from the date the IRS accepted it...so accepted 2/10 deposited 2/22

That's probably dependent on the filers who have to pay in to taxes and they will turn it around and tell everyone it is stimulus....lol

I don't get a refund, because I don't overpay...Why give them a free loan?

Well typically every year the refund is just transferred right over to making the annual property tax bill.

I actually got a child tax credit of $1,000. After the additional owed we got $767 refund.

Every effing year I'm waiting on fidelity to finish the consolidated 1099s or I'd already have filed.

Says the 1099 won't be ready until Feb. 27th. W T F? If employers are required by law to have them mailed by a certain date, why are brokerage houses not held to the same standard?
