It is explainable,

but the explanation would red-pill the masses of Americans who think their vote matters.

there is no such thing as a national election. there are 50 different elections for 50 sovereign states.

its amazing you guys don't even try and understand. it also demonstrates that your ancestors did not build this system, for if they had, they'd explain to you what I just wrote.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 22191327

Still doesn't change the fact that several states violated their own voting laws to achieve a desired result which had a national impact. We can play semantics all day but that bowl of brown stuff you are eyeing while licking your lips in anticipation is not pudding. Just sayin.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72514297

there are no semantics. SCOTUS has No Jurisdiction.

One State has No Jurisdiction over another State and is in no position to determine the legality of its elections.

Quite true and straight forward and unambiguous.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 22191327

You mean these United sovereign States? Sovereignty does not imply that 6 states can disregard their own Constitution at the peril of the other 44 states that chose to adhere to the law. The states were expected to act in union, which they did not. The scotus is more concerned with appeasing the City of London, the Vatican, and Brussels than performing their domestic duties.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72539137

you probably believe your ramblings;

that list of people I know nothing about don't control Illinois.

Well, the US was pretty good while it lasted.

That period is over now. However, that doesn’t mean we should not make make it as hard a humanly possible for the powers that be to install their Ghey World Gubmint.

you are a true dimwit. Not even a midwit.

Even wikipedia trumps your confused misunderstanding.

The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) is the highest court in the federal judiciary of the United States of America. It has ultimate (and largely discretionary) appellate jurisdiction over all federal and state court cases that involve a point of federal law, and original jurisdiction over a narrow range of cases, specifically "all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party"

reference = U.S. Constitution, Article III, Section 2.*

*This was narrowed by the Eleventh Amendment to exclude suits against states that are brought by persons who are not citizens of that state.

We all know John Roberts is severely compromised (adopted children, Ghislaine Maxwell). I believe that ACB may have had noble intentions to uphold the constitution when sworn in, but Roberts got her. (She has five children and made a show of how much she cares about them during her interview process.) There are pictures of her standing behind Roberts at the inauguration. She looks disgusted and terrified, like from the Handmaid’s Tale. He is gloating, as if to say, I got this under control.
