I think most of the cases were founded on one state violating the Constitution, which then allowed that state to contribute to the rights of the plaintif state being violated to fairly elect the President.

Those states that barely flipped for China Joe flipped one or 2 major counties. The majority of those prmajorityand counties in those states voted for President Trump.
