The implication is that blacks who live in subsaharan Africa have a lower average IQ than blacks in USA due to lack of enough food during brain development. Have you ever seen starving Africans? I have While in the US the average is 15 points higher due to access to more food sources. It has nothing to do with black people "eating healthy".
