A different, untaught model of physics, links to further explanations in earlier replies, again, this is all based in an alternate model of physics.

That model explains why everything takes so long - the answer is in what it takes to make a physics accounting for sentience and its intent work to the favor of the minority of sentient beings - if it were actually the unified field, the majority of intent would win out. (No one is intent to actually see evil in charge; people who think they are don't quite get how bad a low ranking in evil's hierarchy really is and how much crap it takes to get anywhere among evil types unless you're useful. Chances you survive certain circumstances when you were deemed useful? 50/50 -If you're not decent looking or otherwise connected? Even lower.

-Evil does not look out for its own, they work together largely because of what one person has over another, and often the differences in levels are explained by some birth-related "rank".

How the “Warrior Clan Rothschild” started what we know as “Arianism”:

These are all test tube people made to be fit for their roles with most of their actions preset at the genetic level, and they were living on one massive rainforest planet with all of every land mass covered by heavy mists.

The ones who arrived had many tricks up their sleeves, many test tubes containing the roadmaps to different types of life and one race they started was the Annunaki - this is as simple as Arians making then setting up their own enemy - the fact is all this results from Arian genetics and Arians are predictable. Hopefully READERS have happened upon the conclusion that whatever the world thinks the Arians are, the large majority of people who end up on "their side" were set up in stages that involved a secret hand introducing extreme circumstances, then contriving a reason that "only the Arians are fit to" ... when comes down to it ... Bill Gates likely has neither of those but as a designated Intelligent Beta Male, his cognitive processes when it comes to certain tasks may require the equivalent of stemming.

Stemming expresses a physical commitment to repetitive often sedentary behaviors, which apparently aid the autistic with handling their own neurological processing in some way.

Rocking is a common stemming behavior.

The takeaway is, the genetic farm they've set up needs people who will looked to as "the" source of intelligence in a given direction, but maintaining a sex slave factory and genetic farm requires more backing of the lies already in place than it needs original thinking from capable people.

So in a sense, intelligence or the capacity to demonstrate intelligence that will get listened to MUST BE METERED, and the result is the Intelligent Beta Male - while the good looking will be counted on to be less intelligent; they are usually security and oftentimes they use all the sex slavery as their main source of payment (they run that show anyway so it makes sense to them).
