They are low information voters and are the reason America is going down the toilet. Well yes in fact many oaths include a certification that the person is of sound mind. But the oath doesn't matter anyway. We never saw Obama take the oath properly, either his first or his second time. There was always some "glitch" and we were told he did it right later but could never see a video of it.
