Only one country needed for overfly, and that would be Saudi Arabia, which presumably would be supportive of a raid, and if it came to war, would align with Israel. However, Israel has long range missiles and rockets, and nuclear weapons and a submarine in the Persian Gulf at this time...Many options on the table to include a network of spies and agents in Iran. |
