i pretty sure i ate some cat on a regular basis in the 90's from a place, but i was like who cares , it was cheap and delicious.
It was too long to evey be found on a chicked (dark meat)
and was too stringy, like taken of the back of a cat

Well, if you go deep into Phila like under the El and stuff, then yeah they serve you all kinds of stuff. But, it's really cheap and inexpensive.

Why do those dogs have no tails? I really don't think they are lamb, never seen lamb on a chinese menu and lamb is pricey. Goats? Of course I've never seen goat on a chinese menu either. Cut the tails off the dog because it's mostly bone? Idk, but I've heard the stories for many years and as someone pointed out, why are all the employees asian in chinese resturants? Is it because they won't snitch?

Regardless of WHAT IT IS it is definitely NOT ON THE MENU.

Well there is a place in wales where I used to live, before going cross border, and it had 2 new restaurants open a chinese and a curry house on a busy street in the capitol many decades ago. A local pub closed and a italian closed and replaced.

Dont know if gossip but every other eatery owner in that street said as they shared as such though not the same the same unnacessable rears to the public, within 3-4 weeks the rat and pigoin popultion had totally plumetted and they had a lot less problems themselves.

So which is worse

Rat Stir Fry

or Pigion Sweet and Sour?

The only Chinese restaurant in my PA hometown got shut down not once but twice for serving cat. The second time was for good.

Looked like lamb to me. (At least I hope it's lamb)

No, he's not. Chinese restaurants in my area have been caught selling cat too. It's very common for them to put the uneaten food on your plate back into the buffet. One restaurant was caught washing their dishes out back in the creek. A health inspector once told me that he caught a chinese restaurant in the act of taking the old grease that the restaurant next door had thrown out so they could reuse it. They weren't trying to hide it either. They didn't see anything wrong with reusing it. A lady I know told me that her boyfriend's Chinese neighbor would store bowels of sticky rice underneath her kitchen sink and fry tadpoles on the sidewalk when it was really hot outside. I have Chinese neighbors too. And their children own an Asian restaurant. They haven't tried to eat my cat. Yet.

I'll stick to my microwaved grits.
