Even if you secure a rental house with a contract for a year....you have no idea how they will change the conditions of that lease for the next year if they don't outright refuse to renew with you.

They will do a small wait period and then they will bring in a new tenant at a much much higher price for the rent.

It is done like that in old Mexico now.

You have no guarantee for any future to live in the same place for any length of time. Once you get going into rentals...it could be that you have to move every year or every lease period or sooner. Nothing is stable any more.

It is a terrible situation for all renters and landlords. If renters don't pay then the landlords/owners can't pay the mortgage on that property and that property could go into foreclosure....with the renter still at risk of being thrown out of that property.

It is a vicious cycle.

In 1946-1948, tract housing on the outskirts of cities were a phenomena created by returning soldiers and their families seeking to own single family dwelling.

But as the rise of racial violence persisted coupled with civil rights and Black power groups continued, then "white flight" began. The downtown regions had been power centers held by the wealthy, but urban tenements began to encroach and threaten then. The smart wealthy left, and true suburbs began. And the more the tax base left and with further encroachment, even great housing was made into apartments and urban blight became a common term.

This is how ghettos changed in meaning from immigrant slums to slums for minorities. Earlier intelligent immigrants used early homestead laws and founded whole valleys together into villages. This was they perpetuated their various culture and why even to this day some small towns have an ancestral flavor as those immigrants intermarried and new people desired to try their luck in those farming communities. You see this in Scandinavian American areas in the North.

Those places to this day have ethnic festivals. Sadly some were not spread far enough away, and so the inhabitants' villages got swallowed by growing urban centers and beyond. This is how little villages got incorporated into those cities and lost their whole raison d'etre for existing as SEPARATE from urban areas.

The suburban way of life was to push even further out, and smart business owners and some churches realized the growing part of town with sizable acerage and wealth were in some of these areas. So they started developing commercial zones and strip malls so as to provide groceries and hardware and restaurants to those inhabitants.

Prior Christians had driven back to the downtown areas to worship in struggling inner city churches even whole cathedrals, but realized what a drag on budgets was caused by perpetually trying to help those near the downtown churches who were trapped in a viscious cycle of poverty. You cannot really help them as they have so much resistance to moving and have developed an identity of being proud of poverty like that is some strange kind of virtue. Those are crime ridden drug zones with high prostitution.

So Christians began focusing on suburban churches of 150+ members and the downtown churches are doomed places that die by the hundreds every week.

Finally many realized how many urban areas had become dangerous Democrat urban zones after generations of failed Democrat policies began picking up the tab of these inner cities while the tax base eroded and was funded by extremely high property taxes.

They fled to rural areas as they could see that eventually those inner city urban zones with crumbling infrastructure and no jobs and gang problems fueled by organizing drug sales would just implode. All it would take is a collapse of some event like a national pandemic or severe weather or horrible economic issues.

Now we had all three and some morons are still debating, "should we leave the urban areas"? You clueless dolts. You don't know your own American history, so how can you even call yourself American citizens let alone patriots and Christians??? This did not happen overnight.

Wake up or your family will perish because of Democrat enablers. All the fundamentalist Christians have wisely left a long time ago and stopped being patsy enablers. Throwing money at clueless impoverished people who won't hit a lick to clean out their own neighborhoods was a HUGE ABUSE of Christian stewardship. Did Jesus say in Matthew 25 to perpetuate poverty or to help the least of these? How can you help the least of these in the inner cities when they lack the gumption to crawl away from Lucifer's feces?

The Democrats are wanton reprobates that have ruined whole urban areas with massive crime issues and learned helplessness and funded abortion to commit genocide of these same poor, but now are fueling illegal migration and reparations to perpetuate it new ways. Why can't you understand this is just postmodern Moloch human sacrifice?

Eventually like spurred on by Antifa and other Democrat funded anarchist black bloc groups, the urban areas will implode and cause massive orchestrated civil unrest. Then the urban morons will finally flee into the surrounding suburbs as they will think they can liberate food and valuables from white folks and live that way.

Don't be a dumbass. If you stay, the suburbs will be inundated. You and your family are not safe there. You are not shileded in any way, it just is too much trouble now. But when millions are evicted, that is precisely what will happen.

The smart plan is to relocate to little country towns and homesteads away from everything. In those places, people can easily live off the land as they are agricultural and far enough away, that even if urbanites left, the chance of them arriving and still being strong enough to attack is minimal. Plus those country people are armed to the teeth.

There is no logic in staying in urban areas, not with the stolen presidential election, a totally corrupt Congress, and a near total betrayal by SCOTUS. The end has come for the American Republic.
