Sandpoint Idaho, good place to be now?
Looking at property in Idaho, I keep dreaming about Sandpoint, being pulled?

What is the controversy?

Pulled as in? They don't want people to move there. Where are you from? Outisder to Idaho you might be considered not welcome.

As in I keep having dreams I am there.

I keep having thoughts about it.

I have been there, very much resonated with the energy, good experiences.

I am from America, but have lived in many places in the past including Europe and Canada.

I never feel welcome anywhere usually, I am reclusive and stand offish, don't bother others, don't like to be bothered.

Everyone and their retarded red-headed stepson is clammoring for the 4 least states with AA in them. Property there is skyrocketing. If you can get an acre for 10k, you won the lottery.

There some white guy that lives there that comes onto GLP and makes up dumb Sandpoint Idaho conspiracy theories to try and get you to move there. That's just clue#1 that it's a crummy town.

disnt some guy scam ppl for money for property which was sold to someone else and never returned the money to the contributors?

owen benjamin? whoever he is?

he needs his ass kicked badly and he needs to return people's money to them. serve jail time maybe or sue him for money and interest but then lawyers just take it all. he sounds like a predator from what i heard (idk whole story) and in the world i want to live in all predators would be dead / disappeared.....bc that's just evil imho to scam trusting people for money.

6 months of snowy harsh winter, bad roads, regular power outages, 2 months of extreme heat and fire danger. Lots of bugs that bite and sting, you must wear full body protection at times of the year. Very hard to grow much of anything. It is a lot of hard work to live there.

I had a home at the top of the Rockies for over a decade, I understand such climate concerns, and pretty much all western mountain states are similar now, the heat, the fires, it's a price for the gift of extremes of beauty.

I'm just tried of the cities and the noise, I need to get back to me, myself and my trail runs, the occasional bear, etc.

It’s even better a half hour north. That’s all I’m going to say except that we have lots of people who say they have felt pulled up here for some unknown reason.

Yes, Bonners ferry is great if you like small towns. Smaller than Sandpoint.

I don't make any decisions based on fear, you would miss the world and all it's wonders if you projected potentials of Mother Earth to flex her might.

You wander where your heart calls, see all you can see of the beauty that exists.

If I die from a volcano, that is rad...
