A false flag is an EVENT [and not a movement] that is deliberately created to achieve a specific agenda such as a staged riot or bombing; what you have described is a CONCEPT rooted in deception, and they are not they same. Now, if you could prove that all of those wanna'-be immigrants were coerced into their actions then it would be a different matter... but you can't because you and I both know most are there just looking for a free ride without anyone prodding them to do so. And if -once the cameras are rolling- those same people are then enticed with free T-shirts, bottled water or a sackful of burritos it still isn't a false flag because they were present of their own volition.
