Very simple follow the officers commands and don't get shot!
I'm not always on the cops side in these incidents, but these peace officers were there to keep the peace after receiving complaints about a man smoking crack with a gun.Clear and concise instructions were given and the suspect acknowledged he understood them by answering them in english . Not an easy job for sure.

The guy was simply having a mental breakdown
Tried to drive away from his parking lot
Did not endanger anyone
Cop shot him through his car with a rifle killing him
Cops are not God or judge and jury
Murdering people is not helping the police do their job any better
So all you jack boot thugs should wake up

No more impunity for muderers with a badge
The cops life was not in danger
They could have blocked his car in or many other things
Notice their action is all based on some false report
