There could be five dozen cops from three different fucking agencies and every one of them would respond to the bank robbery. I have SEEN their priorities. And the excuse they use EVERY SINGLE TIME is they believed the call of a citizen in mortal danger was a distraction. We will never have a perfect system, but it's better than nothing.
