Because I'm a peaceful person, I would have shot the car that was accelerating violently towards another cop with a beanbag, or just lobbed a water balloon at the driver's window to see if I could make him laugh and stop aiming the reported gun at me that I thought he had behind the illegal tinted windows, and stop to let out the reported victim, and I would have offered him some weezy from my evidence bag to chill him out..
