there is one simple thing that most cryptotards never think about. how did the FBI "seize" crypto from silk road? the only way to seize crypto is if you know how to obtain the keys (or hack them). It isnt secure.

Honestly they kind of are if done peer to peer but exchanges are watched.

It's just like cash. You can pay people cash but once you start putting that cash into the bank or spending large amounts you will draw attention to taxes.

I see it that way. I believe they are letting it ride because we have inflation and it helps hide it. Silver should be ____? higher. You can see inflation but crypto hides the metals true value. They had totally new banking laws 20 minutes after 9-11. They don't want terrorists getting unmarked $$$. They are letting this ride ...for now. Don't underestimate how tricky THEY are. It's a trap.

Correct. NSA reads crypto transactions, knows storage locations, identifies the players as matter of routine. These algos are 1980's tech. Backdoors are built into everything, usually from the start. Crypto traffic is discoverable by its nature--it sticks out---as in red flag. Presumed and supposed future digital currencies will not be denominated in Bitcoin, or any of the other hundreds of coins out there. It is all one giant theoretical ponzi house of cards which will not be tolerated or left in an uncontrolled state by governments for much longer.
