For exercise I walk at least 30 minutes a day with a couple of times a week I walk at least an hour. I also include a 30 minute bike ride and often an hour long bike ride each day. I used to eat fast food 2 to 3 times a week and that would be a meal with a soda. I have mostly cut that out but maybe one time I week I will do fast food but I just get one item like a burrito with extra meat instead of the whole meal and water or a burger without fries and the soda. I then choose to exercise afterwords with the intent of using my muscles to absorb the glucose directly instead of allowing my blood sugar to spike. And for meals around the house I have lowered my portion size and I include a nice size salad or veggies to help fill me up so that I won't feel hungry. After a few weeks of this I have noticed that I have been dropping weight, my back pain has been drastically reduced and my joints feel better and the old dip stick seems to be working better. |

You need to cut out all animal products. This can seem. Hard at first but soon you’ll be enjoying it. I call it the Genesis 1:29 diet. Basically God never designed us to eat meat. We aren’t built for it. It is the one thing that will 100% block your arteries. Going vegan will not only reverse the plaque you will feel better than ever and never or rarely get sick again. As a foot note, bread should be fine but many people have trouble with it because of how they harvest it with chemicals. Maybe look at ancient grains.
