I don’t trust the doctors on this either. I think the majority of rank and file doctors have been deceived too.

I quit smoking in 2016. As glad as I am that I did, if I had known then what I know now, I wouldn't have bothered.

In fact as more and more of Isaiah 5:20 unfold before my eyes, I'm to the point of thinking twice about buying green bananas.

Every holiday I sense will be the last one I see.

I feel the same on many days, and on the others, I feel angry. I’m building my new bubble that’s being filled with like-minded family and friends and also includes ideas and things that make me happy, and I barely watch tv, and NEVER watch the MSM news. While I admitedly have trust issues and have been wary of non-family members for a long time, I just recently came to this bitter realization concerning close family.

Put your trust in steel. That will not betray you.

Your own instinct is your Indwelling Father Spirit Fragment. Jesus never provided a religion... religion is your relationship with your Indwelling Father.. period...

sooo... I worked in Health Care, mainly with MS patients ... imagine their anxiety, loosing the use of their legs, then arms ... knowing that your own body was sabotaging itself and everyday, you lost a little more ground ...

their anxiety is completely justified and OFF THE CHARTS ... but we did find a very simple solution ... chanting

the sound of your own body at peace ... relaxes your anxiety... sooths your fears ... and restores your calm


so sing ... hum ... chant words that you associate with stability - try an old mantra, or make up one of your own

there are recording of ancient mantras - or try the Moody Institute to find a frequency that calms you ... they have tons of great self-help tapes - for anxiety, sleep, relax, calm

I saw this therapy work, for all the patients who tried it... when they felt it coming on, they immediately started "humming" one man had a drum that he thumped ... it was amazing to see - that they still were in control

the secret is to ground yourself - take off your shoes and sox and imagine you have roots, sit in the direct sunlight with your feet in the grass - and BELIEVE that you can not be swayed by the ill winds that sweep over us ...

PS this works far better than pharmaceuticals ... in fact I have seen addicts release their dependency with chants
