This just boggles my mind because before civil right was enacted and mass immigration was pushed America truly was an amazing place to live.
For the country as a whole, the average (median) income of families in 1960 was $5,600, and that was probably with just the husband working.
In 1960, the median home value in the U.S. was $11,900.
So basically 2 years of your salary.
Now, the only people making real money are the bankers, and industrial military complex.
The only thing minorities can truly claim is the destruction of the once greatest country in the world.
