It's called the Right to Keep and Bear Arms (not guns)

Hey dudes and dudettes, just thought it's worth mentioning for all those people out there that just don't seem to get it that the Second Amendment protects Arms, not Guns.

This is a situation where definitions matter. The left is trying to make the conversation solely about guns but the second amendment does not contain the word gun. It's not the right to keep and bear rifles. It's not the right to hunt. It's not the right to self defense. It says Arms.

Arms means all armaments. It means Armor. It means cannons as hundreds of privateer ships at that time had privately owned cannons.

Arms means swords and it would mean lightsabers if that technology was invented. Arms means tanks, Arms means drones, Arms means helicopters, Arms means F-35s or TR3Bs.

Arms means all armaments, the Founders left it intentionally broad as to cover new inventions such as machine guns or lasers.

If you think Arms doesn't mean cannons then you are an idiot as nearly every private ship had a privately owned cannon and the Founders would have considered such a definition as obvious.
