I agree, it is an experimental treatment not approved for general use, only allowed as an emergency is supposedly upon us. That means that any agency that forces it on you can be sued into the dung heap if anyone is damaged by it.

Yep, the school I work at put me on the vaccine waitlist even though I didn't fill out a request form. I got a call from the next county over to schedule my appointment. I said I never requested this and the lady said that's the 3rd time she'd heard that. Weird thing is that they were calling from the county judge's office, not a medical center or board of health. I called HR to complain but I'm not surprised this happened.

I work at a university in WNC. We are seeing the trend move in that direction as well. Now that Rutgers has done it and set a precedent, others will follow suit. If this fails, I bet they offer to wipe the slate clean of all student debts in exchange for the jab.

I believe jersey had a huge court case or legislative meeting about all this a year or two ago.Parents were heard and issue was dropped,so I doubt Rutgers can get away with this.I reside in ny and if I'm not mistaken reg exemption is not an option anymore, if you dont have all required vax you must be home schooled or enrolled in some other form of approved schooling.Most likely medical exm

Faculty is exempt

While I hate unions in general, faculty most likely scored an exemption because of theirs.
Now, I’m absolutely positive that they didn’t come to this decision for the benefit of their members. I would guess they just haven’t gotten the right pay-off offer yet.
