Requesting guidance: doctor appointment & covid test / vaccine anxiety
I have a long-time affliction that requires medication in order to function.

The medication I take is a controlled substance. Due to that fact, and local regulations / laws, I have to do a blood and urine screen once a year to ensure that I am taking and not abusing said medication and to monitor things like vitamin d, iron levels to ensure all is still well.

Well, because of the state of the world this last year, I have not had to submit to this for over a year.

I have had video doctor appointments and have avoided going into any medical facility at all.

I knew it was coming, and sure enough, today I was informed that I need to come in to get this done by the end of next month.

I am having high anxiety about this.

I do not want to be asked to take a covid test or a vaccine, period. I don't want to be in a situation to where my denial could possibly put on a list. Just going into a medical facility right now gives me anxiety.

I have a vaccine injured child.

There are plenty of things going on with these Covid vaccines that make me have significant concerns and doubt the safety. On that note, I feel the same regarding testing for Covid. Besides, I haven't gotten sick this entire time and there aren't any factors to indicate that I was at risk.

I have no idea if they ask of these things for simply going in for lab work, but I wouldn't be surprised, and I'd like some guidance as to how to handle the situation should they try.

I might be overthinking and being paranoid, but I have a lot of anxiety and worry and I'm trying to feel more prepared concerning this matter.

What should I do if asked to take a covid test or a vaccine when I do not want to, and how can I avoid documentation upon refusal?

Has anyone gone in for labwork recently? Were you asked to take a test / vaccine?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I take blood thinner and have to periodically have that tested (it never changes, they just want to clip me the $200 for 2 minute test).

I've never been required to get COVID tested or suggested to take vaccine.

I intend to tell any would be vax enthusiasts I will view any attempts to vax me as attempted murder, and would respond as such. There would be no polite refusal from me.

Doctors are not gods. YOU are the customer, YOU tell them what you want done, not the other way around. They look at you as a money source. Don't let yourself be monetized.

They shouldn't ask to test you as long as you say you've been feeling great and haven't been sick.

If they ask if you want the vaccine or to sign up for it just say "No thanks. I heard some people get sick from it and I have a few job interviews lined up and don't need any ill effects from it to interfere with my job opportunities."

Or just say "No thanks. I'm good."

My doctor didn't recommend I get tested and when I see him later this year I'll just flat out say "No." to any vaccine.

I won't even get a tetanus shot... unless something happens where I feel I'd need it.

My body, my choice.

If they ask, just say "no for now ad maybe in the future." Tell them it is too new and you want to see what happens over the coarse of a few years first. There is nothing wrong with being cautious with your own personal health after all. You own your own body, not the state. You will have to live with the consequences, not the state or other medial personal. So it is OK to to sit back and watch the evidence unfold in full view. That is is a good thing. After all , just because one person jumps off a cliff you should follow.

Re: Requesting guidance: doctor appointment & covid test / vaccine anxiety
NO ONE can require you to take the COVID test OR the experimental shot. Ask your doc to sign a statement that the test and the shot will not cause side effects/death - he won't do it. Ask him if the shot contains aborted fetal tissue/dna, chemicals that will interfere with your current meds - which it does. Ask him if he is familiar with the Nuremberg code?

Also, if you have Life Insurance, it will NOT pay if you die from a vaccine, including an experimental shot, which is what the covid shot is.

Stick to your guns and BE STRONG!!! (vaccine literature researcher and antivaxxer of 25 years here BTW).
