Trump owns the wall not being finished during his term. He caved on the very first budget he signed. He decided that rebuilding the military was more important than money to finish the wall. Had he held his ground to keep the money in that budget for the wall, this would be a non issue for the most part.

But i thought the wall was Trumps thing? Why was it never finished? Was it due to Steve Bannon fucking off the money they took in donations to finish it? Nah, couldn't be that.
