Critical thinking and logical fallacies.

Develop a mind that can see at least 5 solutions to any problem. Home repair to home invasion and everything else this world presents one with. If you know someone who thinks like this "apprentice" your kid with this person. Trigger their creative thought processes to open up and expand.

Let your enemies do the work for you or as the quote goes, "Never interrupt them when they are making a mistake."

Be as healthy as possible and understand the emotional cycles from depression to euphoria.

Stay balanced and you can outlast most difficulties and difficult people.

Take nothing for granted and enjoy all that is harmonious with your true nature.

I haven't read everything, though I surely should...

To me, teaching my children to learn how to learn has been the most important thing. If you learn how to learn, you can learn anything and also evaluate how significant the knowledge garnered is in the scheme of life and your application of knowledge within this realm...Learn to learn.

I think you'll find at MIT they teach that gravity only exists in the vacuum of space, and density, buoyancy and electromagnetism is what we experience here on earth.

Encourage natural curiosity and imagination at all times (this is what "schooling" has stunted), and encourage them to seek answers within - from divine intuition - rather than relying on the "outside world". How to teach this? Be an example.

The mind can be expanded through one's own effort. Why the drug crutch?

That they are worth investing your time with them

Golden Rule, and absolute truth, there is good and evil

Excessive drugs and alcohol can allow the influence of demons in your life

Critical thinking, don’t just blindly follow your heart, feelings change, use your mind

Thoughts can come from elsewhere, dismiss the bad thoughts, think before you act

Children will model their parents behavior, love and respect the other parent

Teach them young, to question everything....once they hit puberty they will ignore your teaching

Teach them how to heal themselves with food, sleep, fasting, iodine, niacin, borax, salt, avoid sugar and heavy metals, use DE

Every child should read the Bible at least once and not be left in ignorance

Modeling drinking to deal with stress can ruin your child’s life.

There is no such thing as quality time, just time....kids need parental time to develop properly.

How? With quality time/saturation: home/family bible studies + church + informal talks.
(minus exposure to heathens in non-Christian schools, TV, movie theaters, radio, the Internet, other media, and the streets)
Institutional heathens run brainwashing factories that are hell-bent on sending your children to hell.

Train.
Say your prayers.
Eat your vitamins.
Be true to yourself, true to your country.
Be, a real, American!

Support them in finding and pursuing their passions.

I see many parents trying to live vicariously through their children rather than seeing them for who they are and supporting them in their interests.

The old adage is true "when you are doing what you Love you won't work a day in your Life"

I never had this support myself when growing up and it meant many years of unhappiness until I found my path late in Life.

Live everyday by the golden rule.

Seriously, most kids before driving age, teach us.

The best thing you can teach a child cannot be taught, it's the gift of time...

Just spending time with a child is enough to show them the love and confidence they need to become happy adults, as those children raised without love or attention, or negative attention, end up broken and unhappy as adults...

My five year old granddaughter showed me yesterday that she figured out how to pull a quarter from my ear...The week before I amazed her by producing a quarter from her ears...her eyes got wide and she laughed, then when I came back for a visit she had figured it out and played the trick right back on me...
