The back of the neck is not the throat. Put your hands behind your back, arms and shoulders pull back now lay on a hard surface what can even touch the trachea? People have not tried it. I and my friend both but full weight on neck/ back and neck only. It wasn’t comfortable but never restricted blood or air. The worst part is when Chris would shift and his knee drug across my spine in my mid back, that hurt.
We even tried to find a way for the knee to block the trachea/ carotid and couldn’t do it without rolling on the side slightly.
From flat on your stomach I don’t see how, but we are 30 and in shape so it might not be the same for everyone.
