Widest part of the neck you are an absolute idiot, they are right next to the trachea, do you touch behind your ears to take a pulse or under the chin an inch in next to the trachea. Good grief. LOL, I just checked mine and it's almost in front. I think a better argument would have been if the knee was on the front of the neck. There was no direct pressure from the knee to the carotid artery based upon the videos nd stills we have seen. Cop did his job.
