You would be surprised what someone who is on drugs can do. A lot people think that because someone is handcuffed, that person is fully compliant and cooperative. Far from it. They have no pain threshold, they will dislocate their arms and shoulders and break their own bones, and not feel a thing, while fighting officers. Their strength can be enormous.
