I don't understand why people always talking about him dying, isn't him coming back to life the important part? Everyone dies, some even more horrifically.

I don't celebrate nothing today. I think western Christianity is weird too.

He didn't die.. meat suits die... spirit beings do not.. he made a quick trip back to Paradise and returned after 40 days and bestowed his Spirit of Truth... and that part is what should be celebrated... not the horrendous death.

He didn't need to die that way for his Mission ... He only had to live his life in human form for the uplifting of this world.... He could have died like his earth father Joseph did.. falling off a roof or other common ways we drop our suits of meat...

The Paradise Sons that grace worlds when its time.. incarnate into a suit a meat for the UPLIFTMENT OF SUCH A WORLD. And to then LEAVE the Spirit of Truth...

His brutal death was not necessary to the game.

Agreed, what is the reason for it? Certainly some western christian has an answer? I think it was common for people to be killed this way back then, this wasn't specific to Jesus so it's not a special thing just for him.

To me it wasn’t the manner of how he died but the symbolism involved. He was beat brutally but never forsake the Lord, also he didn’t break a single bone which to me is symbolism for the body can be persecuted and killed but your soul can never be broken. I always saw his death as an instructional manual for if myself were to be persecuted for my faith.
