Without a doubt, that would be PRINCE!!!!

This is a PHENOMENAL concert btw. Recorded on 01/30/1982 at the Capitol Theatre. This is the night where Prince "stole" Rick James's girlfriend, "Vanity" whom she was dating at the time of and propr to this concert. Rick was pissed.

Vanity can be seen dancing in the front row of this Prince concert. Prince interacts with Vanity several times during the concert and at one point invites her up onto the stage saying "Whaddya gonna do, just stand there and watch? Help me. help me!".

Why Vanity didn't take him up on his offer is beyone me. All I know is I would have wasted NO TIME getting up on that stage to "help" Prince, lol. ;)

If I had to guess, I'd say this is the song that got Vanity hooked on Prince (Do Me Baby). After that she probably never looked back at Rick James. Prince and Rick weren't on the best terms (understandably so) after Vanity left Rick for Prince. Can't say I blame her one bit though.
