By all means do not listen to me but do listen to Christ.

Mat 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

Mat 24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Mar 13:24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,

Mar 13:27 And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

How do YOU know Christ ever said this? and what and where is the uttermost post of earth and heaven?

How will the sun be darkened? Should that happen.. a HUGE craft will block the sun..one bigger that moon.. it will be a eclipse of sorts..

The angels that would gather are craft. and if there are elect from one end of heaven to the other why does he have to gather those in heave.. PEOPLE this crap.. READ IT

1st the trib and then the rapture.

Rubbish we have been clearly warned that the Rapture can happen at any time, people who listen to the likes of you are in great danger of being left behind, because they where not right with the Lord.
Here is a great video from Melissa of Midnight Hour Oil Ministries. In it she sets out clearly, logically and truthfully why there will be a Pre-Tribulation Rapture. If you are at all interested in the salvation of your soul it would be well worth a little of your time to watch this. [link to youtu.be (secure)]

Re: The pre-tribulation doctrine is a lie.
Interesting discussion...but so divided.
Too bad people have a different reference on issues of
'Biblical prophecy' that its confusing people just
seeking some truth.

I'm just going to admit, I'm not at all certain and rely
on God to see me through "whatever happens" here on Earth
and listen quite earnestly for Him to guide me to do
whatever He needs me to do. I pray constantly and DO NOT
attend any church anymore. I feel following "one man"
who may be wrong will hurt my faith. But I love seeing
videos and don't mind hearing different perspectives.

Tell me anyone, why would all these different perspectives
that have 'bits of truth' change or misguide anyone
about what is coming? How can it negatively affect
ones faith?

I no longer attend church either. When I try one and I see them preaching or doing something that is totally against what the Bible says I leave. The only ones I find that follow the bible are too far to drive to.

As for your question. I gave my reason for hating the pretrib doctrine. It will cause people to accept the mark of the beast because they think they won't be here.
 Quoting: StellaWayten

That's what annoys me about it too.
It frustrates me because part of me wants to believe it but part of me doesn't. I'm like I hope for it. But also prepared for if it doesn't.
I do wonder about that point too. Won't people expecting to be outta here unknowingly accept the mark?
I do find many believers disinterested in end times mark of the beast.
And why would they be interested if they've been taught not to worry about it.
 Quoting: nythinker

That's exactly what is happening. My normie christian friends have already taken the vax. Not even questioning if it could be the mark.

They love their earthly life more than anything and want to get back to "normal". Even if the vax is not the mark... I can see them doing the same thing for the mark.
 Quoting: StellaWayten

I know right!

I've actually brought up that point. But all you get is "The vax isn't the mark. And we will know it when we see it."

You gotta wonder if many so called believers even believe in the mark at all.

Re: The pre-tribulation doctrine is a lie.
I think the issue may be that the tribulation and the wrath of God being seen as one event. So if course many believe the bride won't go through that.

But what if the tribulation and the wrath are two separate events.

The church will go through the tribulation, see the mark of the beast system set up. The antichrist etc But be raptured and spared from the wrath afterwards.

It's almost as if they think the powers that be will hold up the mark and say here is the mark of the beast. Come and get it. I just can't even talk to them anymore.

They are two separate events. Back to back... With the 144,000 being sealed right before the wrath begins.
