Are Coded Messages Being Sent?

Anything is possible.

It would take a hell of an event to make people forget about the hopefully increasingly obvious scam that's been pulled on them. Though a large percentage still refuse to see it.

As the real point is globally cataloging everyone's DNA as well as tracking us and everything about us they could easily roll the same concepts in to any mass emergency event. A pandemic certainly was a good starting place, but you throw mass migration due to loss of homes and services for a huge portion of the country and suddenly that tracking becomes "important" to keeping people "safe" and "finding lost friends/family." Plus then you can really start to "build back better."

They've already talked about starting smart cities... sounds like a good way to ensure a large part of the land has to be bulldozed and would likely be vacated by a large percentage of the remaining individual land owners.

Though there are many events that could provide similar circumstances. Not even sure they need an event like that with the level of brainwashing they've achieved.
