Blak pop in the US (female/male) is around 12%. They shoot for 50% blak pilots, thats a HUGE discrimination against all others, but mostly against whity. Not to mention, where the heck will they find "enough" qualified blaks. What happened to giving jobs to those qualified regardless of sex, race, religion, etc?

Over a decade ago, male whity had to score 20% higher in all categories than other applicants to get into med school. You think all of those new docs over the last generation were the most qualified to become docs? That they had the best scores and were the most motivated? That they were the most deserving? WRONG.

Not to mention the fact that male whity was NEVER offered scholarships and grants related to their color or upbringing... No, the most valuable med school candidate from a social score standpoint grant/scholarship pov for the last 20 years is/was a blak, j&^wish, gay, female, t-rah-knee.

Reverse racism has been around for way too long already. They will/are importing "appropriate" candidates from outside the US to fulfill their social hiring targets because there are not enough qualified candidiates in the labor pool here, even with the reduced requirements they set for these highly-sought-after employees.

Get out of the line, over-qualified whity.
