Best thing I've heard from both primary parties in the past several years

4th Amendment to US Constitution already provides
this protection, but good to have double coverage.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Not to be a downer, but please bear in mind that most bills never get signed into law.

At this point it's just a bill and has a looooong way to go to become law in the state of Ohio.

But the good news is that we have legislators that are standing up and fighting back.

I worked in a 80 million dollar store with the mask under my nose all of 2020. I was surrounded by no less than 150 to 500 people for 8 hours a day all day all year. I touched a keypad about 80 to 100 dirty fingers touched two times a day. I caught covid before every one freaked out and before it was declared a pandemic. My lungs hurt for two months.

Unless you went completely off grid with no communication with the outside world since the election fraud in November, I don't understand how you can be asking that question seriously.

Near-term MANDATORY injection of this experimental vaccine is on everyone's mind around the globe. It's already being enforced in some areas and industries. Elsewhere, people are being pressured and coerced into taking it.

Mandatory vaccinations are just ahead.

Refusal can (and will) result in job termination, denial of entry to public places, and many more draconian "containment" measures that have been spelled out in detail on GLP for the last several months.

The whole point of this bill is to give people the right to "just say no" without retaliation or punitive action.

you do realize that the vaccine does not make you immune, and there is no evidence that a vaccinated person does not transmit the virus

and the spike protein, among other bad things, can cross the blood brain barrier on its own, so you can avoid it if you avoid the virus but if you put it in yourself intentionally with the vaccine, you risk it making its way to your brain

and the lipid nanoparticles cross the blood brain barrier, too, so you have two different things that can attack your brain

and if it lessens symptoms like it's supposed to, then you may be out and about infecting everyone while you don't know you're infected because you don't feel the symptoms

unlike our childhood vaccines from decades ago, this particular vax is a lemon and you're believing the used car salesman
