Deleted kardashian unedited image--the real reason

So there is a lot of buzz about an image being forcefully removed. Everyone is in a tizzy because they keep saying "But she looks good" in it.

The image looks nothing like the kardashian but like a very pretty woman. That is the problem. in the unedited photo you can also see the scar from peen & testicle removal due to these ugly new style of bathing suits.
