To add to this, Mayor Beetlejuice here in Chicago was booed at both Wrigley and Comiskey. That woman is universally hated here....of course, the democrat machine will make sure they find enough ballots to get her re-elected with ease.

I don't consider Gascon in the retard league of Garcetti. The DA's around the country abused their positions for years to support the prison industrial complex. Many of the incarcerated are mentally ill and if we had a mental health system that actually took their thumbs out of their asses the afflicted would not be in prison. We have such bullshit laws concerning the mentally ill that they are intentionally left on the streets. Rather than locking them up and getting them stabilized on meds the assholes let them loose and then once something bad happens the media harps on it to stoke the fear to support the prison system and court system. It is all intentional to keep people living in fear so they accept the system and authority as their rulers.

Further, note that it was the Clinton Crime Bill written by Joe Biden that led to the mass incarcerations. Oh and by the way this came about around the same time as the For Profit Private Prison system was being implemented.
