Financial........Watch some of Dave Ramsey's vids. Get out of debt, begin to give God his due, be wise with your money. Don't buy a new car/truck. Get a beater and beat it too death. Live within your means and if necessary...get a second or third job. Follow Ramsey.

Child issues.....You are the adult. If the kid is young enough for a butt burning....do it. If he is older, sit him down and tell him the "house law" that you are putting down. If they want to live under your roof then it is a strict dictatorship. If they don't like it, they might get the idea that burning shoe leather isn't so great. But the best advise for the kids is to get them in Church. Preferably no a NWO infested church. Do your due diligence and take them to churches until YOU find one you like. God needs to be first in their lives and once that is firmly established then HE will grace your family and all will fall into place.

And I don't know how long all of this may take.

My faith is in my Heavenly Father. I teach my kids how to do things to live. Regardless of the world; but how to negotiate the scrum of globalism isn't as easy.
