That's why you need to save up and rent property out.

I got into the mobile home market recently. (Kansas/Missouri) I have family out there, so I have connections, and people who can look into the places occasionally.

It's something I'm trying...a new investment...I get bored, and need something to play with....no renters yet, but I just started. We'll see.

You just told the guy he needs to rent property and then immediately said you've never rented a piece of property and you're doing it because you're bored.

Are you the same dude who posts about how much firearms, silver, and gold he has?

Uh, no...I never post about guns or metals....guns are cool, but metals are an idiot's market..no money to be made.

I stated, quite clearly dipshit -- "rent property out."

3rd grade comprehension, much?

Says the tard who had never rented property but tells OP told to rent property.

Well. Benevolent supreme leader just decided to give even more money out to every American.

People selling products and services are going to want a cut of that, naturally.

Also. Do not rent to silverbacks or waterbacks. They trash the place and do not really care.

I’m just glad I got my house a few years ago, I was already aggravated at them raising the rent $30, I can’t comprehend having it raised $300!!

Getting harder and harder to "save" everyday.

I'd rather invest than save at this point.

Money HAS to be making more money otherwise you're losing money.

They can only raise the rent if you are outside of your contract or are on a month-to-month contract (at which time it goes into effect the next day after payment, not immediately).

If you are within your contract it is illegal to raise the rent. If they did it to you they might have done it to others. Band together. Your landlord won't kick out every single occupant. Plus... they might not be able to still because of COVID.
