Why mandatory vaccination likely won't be necessary, they gonna go Agent Smith on everyone

Remember the Matrix where Agent Smith could instantly warp himself into any regular individual on the street when a threat was detected ?

Well this is exactly what's gonna happen with vaccinated peoples. They won't even have to mandate the vaccine because every vaxxed peoples will be indeed an Agent Smith in disguise.

They will go about their business as usual but as soon as they will spot a threat (a non vax person) they will turn into an Agent Smith and attack it.
