Hello Fossy. Glad to see a comment from you in regards to this topic. The post that you referenced was writ by a mind that was truly insightful. Advice pure and clean and free for all in need of an uplifting word.

I, at the time, being beside myself with grief, disregarded the wise advice and opted instead to take my last breath as I wrote my final words in a note addressed to my virtual lover.

The note proclaimed my undying love for a girl who regarded me as dimwitted, obtuse and strikingly ugly. I remember tears dripping onto the paper as I used a calligraphy quill to eloquently pen my final message. The words became smeared and were no longer legible.

No, don’t go vegan; if you want to preserve ojas more easily.

If you go vegetarian, drink raw grass-fed milk, raw honey, and maybe some natto for Vitamin K2 (and vegetarian lanolin for D3 as well).

Well I’ve even accustomed myself to eating raw meat; but am currently eating vegetarian.

Chewing on & downing some natto therefore’s a breeze.

It’s a little bitter but I can do it with rice and soy sauce/liquid aminos, or without.

Well perhaps I did miss the point. It's been a pretty long day and I have been on a drug binge for the last couple of weeks.

Things can get a bit surreal and confusing.

I would have to dunk it in some Panda Express orange chicken sauce. My besty is Vegan. She's had me out searching Sprouts for the most expensive and awful stuff! I spent three hours driving around the DFW metroplex trying to find my babe a Tofurkey. Unfortunately we were successful!!!!! lol

I guess dirty socks is how some describe it; but it’s not that bad really.

It’s usually made with soy, and I’m not an soy fan, and soy isn’t easy to digest; but since it’s fermented, that helps.

You can get the cultures and make your own with any other kind of bean, if you have time.
