So it's prolly not so good for folks that are bereft of teeth. :( Quoting: ghostly screams Nah it’s soft as poop, but also almost tastes like it lol I guess dirty socks is how some describe it; but it’s not that bad really. It’s usually made with soy, and I’m not an soy fan, and soy isn’t easy to digest; but since it’s fermented, that helps. You can get the cultures and make your own with any other kind of bean, if you have time. I would describe the aroma of parmigiana cheese as dirty socks and used to eat that. I'd try it. I keep hearing pro and con arguments on soy as I do with eggs. I really have a hard time choosing which one is the appropriate advice. Totally! I have tried every thing she has recommended. It's like she's never met me! I do this though to support her and hope to God there might be something I can actually say I like...convincingly.
