So it's prolly not so good for folks that are bereft of teeth. :(

Nah it’s soft as poop, but also almost tastes like it lol

I guess dirty socks is how some describe it; but it’s not that bad really.

It’s usually made with soy, and I’m not an soy fan, and soy isn’t easy to digest; but since it’s fermented, that helps.

You can get the cultures and make your own with any other kind of bean, if you have time.

I would describe the aroma of parmigiana cheese as dirty socks and used to eat that.

I'd try it.

I keep hearing pro and con arguments on soy as I do with eggs.

I really have a hard time choosing which one is the appropriate advice.
 Quoting: ghostly screams

Soy is mostly trash. I only eat natto for the bacillus subtilis.

Egg yolks are packed with nutrients; but eggs are seemingly tamasic according to Ayurveda. Although I’ve heard rajasic in some instances; and a little tamasic food now & then won’t kill you, and may be worth the trade-off for the egg yolk nutrient density alone.

Dunno if you missed the point of my reply to your post, or if you’re trolling....
 Quoting: Asuralikeproduction

Well perhaps I did miss the point. It's been a pretty long day and I have been on a drug binge for the last couple of weeks.

Things can get a bit surreal and confusing.

I apologize for any annoyance I may have inadverdently caused.

Awwwwww *looks downcast... sniffs a little* I thought you were flirting with me...... Never mind, I'll just go on back to my lonely Tolkien thread...
 Quoting: Fossy

Oh darling don't take it that way. You must have not seen where I spoke of mating calls in order to surpass some mere flirting.

I can't ever really tell. This is why I don't date. I prefer to play it safe and only masturbate to the things my E-chick tells me during our fantasy sessions.

No apologies necessary.

Just lay off them drugs, mkay (assuming they’re made from artificial-chemicals; but even natural ones can be detrimental, ya heard)

I have tried every thing she has recommended. It's like she's never met me! I do this though to support her and hope to God there might be something I can actually say I like...convincingly.

Interesting topic. I really like Dr. Gregor, he has surmised that what helps people live longer is the appropriate ratio of omega 3's to omega 6 consumption.

Have you actually tried Natto? Because it's.... difficult at best to chew let alone swallow. chuckle hugs

What up Asura?! smile_kiss
 Quoting: Fossy

Haha

Well I’ve even accustomed myself to eating raw meat; but am currently eating vegetarian.

Chewing on & downing some natto therefore’s a breeze.

It’s a little bitter but I can do it with rice and soy sauce/liquid aminos, or without.
 Quoting: Asuralikeproduction

Hahaha! I had a friend, forever ago that ate raw meat! OH! He was so rotten! We'd be winding down at the end of the night and he would go get a steak from his house across the street and start eating it slowly around us! lololol We gave him so much shit! roflmao
 Quoting: Fossy

Lol! Yea it’s not very socially acceptable.

People eat sushi/sashimi though.

It’s all in people’s heads.

Raw meat actually has very little taste, is kind of acidic tasting (though not too much), and sits lightly in the stomach.

Very satiating in that you feel like you’ve had adequate nutrition and don’t need to eat more; but if you’re a carb/sugar addict, it’s not very satisfying.

Here’s^ a vid on how it’s all in people’s heads. I could watch that video on repeat lol dude’s a riot

It was only because we had been partying for many hours... lol It was all really part of the fun! LOL I still remember it fondly, sort of fondly... lol

It’s okay though; there are ways to heal.

Hints given in this thread; and also, various cleanses, fasting, dry fasting (see Sergey Filonov), etc., if you’re so-inclined.

Also, it’s always—on the spiritual tip (since mind & body are connected)—good to find a qualified Guru/Lama, as to ask them for some myong-grol....
