It's time to start holding criminals accountable for their own actions that result in their deaths. This victim hood mentality is getting old real quick.

They arrested one of the perps.The other kid had a gun and was told to drop it and did not. See, follow instructions and you can live. What was a 13YO doing with a 21YO at 2:30 in the morning with guns? Nothing good I can assure you... Where were his parents? They should be held accountable for some of this.
