if i got symptoms, i was going to take lauricidin, NAC, high dose vitamin c, vitamin d, zinc, and quercetin.

Yes, taking quercetin, D, Zinc, C.


I know ivermectin is effective.

I know quercetin is effective. After ivermectin, it's the most effective post-diagnosis therapeutic.

I know high dose vitamin c is effective.
I know luaricidin is effective.

I was getting really sick the other day. Ivermectin was not helping. This did it.

multi vitamins are useless

your body can't properly absorb the vitamins and most of it gets pissed away

you need large portions of fruits

bananas strawberries mangos blueberries

you need lots of water

drink alcohol? quit

drink sodas? quit

make lifestyle changes

healthy people don't get sick for long periods and suffer that much

I may have it also. 103 fever for over a day now but no lost of taste and no headache. I prob have the flu.
