GLP is used more to spread rumors that will hurt the US or western society, than intelligent talk about conspiracy. China and Russia know if they create enough doubt about western vaccines less people will take them, and the more the west will decline. People have already made up their minds about who the good/bad guys are. They're just going out to the internet for affirmation of what they already want to believe.
