Average iq is between 85 and 115. In the cities you'll find educated people as well as slums. Where I was in Mumbai, food was excellent, sanitation much the same as in America. It would be in small villages and country where you'll find lower iq and poor sanitation and food. Iq of 115 is nothing to be ashamed of. Education is valued and applied.

This is GTB hospital, Dilshad garden. Doctors have gone on strike. There is no one to attend patients. My grandfather had to wait more than 2 hours in a serious condition to find a stretcher and oxygen. That too happened because a ward boy thought that he really needs it.
