I'm a female who worked in an entirely different field that was dominated by men, and I would choose to work with them or for them any time. Women? Not so much. They're awful leaders. Too emotional for the most part. . I think women are wonderful, but nature didn't design them to be in leadership and authoritative positions, just as men weren't meant to be caregivers and child bearers.
