People don't blame a dog for behaving badly, because it's just a dog. Everyone knows it is the dog's owner that is to blame when his dog misbehaves. A properly trained dog that has been treated right will always be a good dog, only a grossly mistreated dog will be a problem.

We see it this way, because we know humans are superior to dogs! We don't hold dogs morally responsible for their actions, because only humans are morally aware actors. Only humans can take moral responsibility for their actions. Dogs are just animals after all.

And that's exactly how you see blacks: as animals that can never be responsible for their own actions. Whatever a black person does wrong, some white person must be responsible.

This attitude of yours is extremely racist! You are in effect denying the humanity of blacks and seeing them as comparable to dogs. If I was black I'd punch you in the mouth if you told me my problems in life are the fault of whites.
