Here is a little documentary of all black cities in the 1920’s, they were very civilized and well on their way , and it was this way until about 1970’s, then something happened?
The vid is 3 minutes. Interesting.
Quoting: Ulam LBJ's welfare legislation happened...black women realized life was easier as single mothers on the dole and the black man with low job prospects was left floundering with no marital homes to work hard for and millions of illegitimate children, who later become criminals due to severe poverty in the welfare system. All in exchange for 100 years+ of democratic votes. LBJ was smarter than conservatives like to give him credit for.
