I happen to be allergic to PEG, have high blood pressure and a family history of blood clots. I feel embarassed posting medical info on an anonymous forum. I can't imagine how embarassing it would be to disclose that to an employer. Completely unethical. Does she have any risk factors? If so, ask them to provide a reasonable accomodation. Mandating a vaccine is like mandating eating pineapples. Some people just can't or they'll die, and they shouldn't have to disclose why.
